Facial Rejuvenation &Wrinkles Removal
Wrinkles are formed as a result of aging skin and are exacerbated by sun exposure. AS we age the skin loses it elasticity and therefore we are left with fine lines and wrinkles as we age.
We use Botox and fillers for deep lines and wrinkles on the face such as crows feet, marionette lines, frowns and deep laughter lines. For overall skin health and rejuvenation we also use laser Rejuvenation to improve skin tone and tightness and in turn to minimize or remove wrinkles.
We customize our treatments for each individual and may use a combination of the below treatments.
Botox ®for wrinkles and frown lines orin crows feet
Skin Filler to fill, naso labial folds, jowls and laugh lines
Laser Rejuvenation for deeper wrinkles and skin tightening
Skin Care Products to slow the effects of aging and the appearance of wrinkles
Paretos Quick Guide to Wrinkle Reduction
BOTOX® is a therapeutic muscle-relaxing agent that works at motor nerve endings (nerves that lead to muscles). It is in a class of drugs called neurotoxins. BOTOX® has been granted FDA approval for use on "crow's feet," between brows, forehead, and upper lip area.
How does Botox® work?
Injection of Botox® into muscles produces permanent inactivation of the neuromuscular junction. This produces weakness or paralysis of the muscles. When used in small, carefully delivered amounts, Botox® can be used to inactivate small facial muscles between the eyebrows, in the forehead, and adjacent to the corners of the eyes. Inactivation of these muscles can markedly reduce or eliminate horizontal wrinkles in the forehead (surprise wrinkles), vertical wrinkles between the eyebrows (frown lines), and wrinkles adjacent to the corners of the eyes (crows feet).
Can Botox® eliminate all facial wrinkles?
No. Botox® injections are only effective on facial wrinkles that are caused by hyperactivity of facial muscles. They do not work on wrinkles caused by skin sagging or excess sun exposure (e.g., upper lip wrinkles); however, chemical peels and/or microdermabrasion, and/or laser skin resurfacing may help with these problems.
Are the effects of Botox® permanent?
No. Botox® injections take 48 to 72 hours to work and last for 4 to 6 months. The injections must be repeated. Although Botox® injections cause permanent inactivation of the nerve-muscle junction, our body sprouts new nerve endings with return of muscle function (and unfortunately, the wrinkles)!
Is Botox® safe?
Botulinum injections are extremely safe. There are no reported allergies and no systemic toxicities when used in small doses (as in wrinkle therapy).

Laser Rejuvenation
The effects of time and the environment can cause your skin to change. Collagen, the basic building block of skin, diminishes with time. This may lead to loose and wrinkled skin. Lasers penetrate through the surface layers of the skin and concentrate the subsequent energy on a deeper level, where collagen is formed. The precise laser pulses stimulate cells which produce natural collagen that is the foundation of youthful, healthy looking skin. This treatment combats the effects of aging with minimal discomfort and no interruption of your normal activities.
